Last year, 1.5 million people in the UK attempted to quit smoking. Now that the smoking ban is in effect across the country, perhaps it is time that you too kicked the habit.
Whether you smoke occasionally or like a chimney, you should be aware of the health risks of smoking. Smoking endangers both your and other people's health; at worst, it can cause several diseases and illnesses which can lead to death.
